O restaurante Kaá – cujo nome vem do tupi “folha” – é inspirado na gastronomia franco-italiana combinada a ingredientes brasileiros. Situado na agitada Avenida Juscelino Kubitscheck, a casa abriga desde empresários em reuniões de negócios como amigos e encontros familiares. Em 2010, destacou-se como melhor restaurante novo do mundo, eleito pela revista Wallpaper, de Londres.
Também é reconhecido por sua arquitetura deslumbrante destacada em 2009 pelo Instituto Americano de Arquitetos (American Institute of Architects) como um dos melhores projetos arquitetônicos. É um dos cenários mais bonitos da cidade, com uma gigantesca parede forrada de plantas. O Kaá é uma dos estabelecimentos do Grupo Egeu criado pelo restaurater Paulo Kress e o chef Paulo Barros, os demais são Italy, Girarrosto, Mozza, General Prime Burguer e a confeitaria JellyBread.
