Duas corridas com muita emoção e várias ultrapassagens nos 3.493 metros do traçado do Autódromo Velo Città, em Mogi Guaçu.
Na primeira prova do dia, vitória de ponta a ponta de Bruno Mesquita. “Consegui fazer o que tinha planejado. Fiz uma boa largada, o segundo e terceiro colocados começaram uma disputa entre eles e acabei me distanciando, mantendo o ritmo até o fim da corrida”, contou o piloto.
Mas, na segunda prova, largando em oitavo por conta do grid invertido, Bruno não teve a mesma sorte. Após um toque em Sergio Alves, o piloto acabou penalizado com um drive through, fez uma prova de recuperação e terminou na sexta colocação.
Melhor para Elias Jr., que volta a vencer na Lancer Cup. “Estava com saudades de vencer. Não participei da última etapa, então tive um pouco de dificuldade para me acostumar com o carro. Mas deu tudo certo, me livrei das confusões e a vitória veio em boa hora”, disse o piloto, que largou em sexto lugar e fez cinco ultrapassagens durante a prova até alcançar a liderança.
O carioca Sergio Alves segue na liderança da categoria Lancer RS, mas Fabio Viscardi encostou e a diferença entre os dois é de apenas dois pontos. Após três etapas, Fabio Viscardi vem se consolidando e já sonha com a liderança. Na segunda prova do dia, ele terminou na segunda colocação. “Bom para o campeonato, continuo na briga e a diferença é pequena em relação ao Sergio. Consegui recuperar, estou vivo. Agora é continuar assim”, afirma.

A quarta etapa da Mitsubishi Lancer Cup, Fun Day e do Lancer Evo Day será realizada no dia 19 de julho, no autódromo Velo Città, em Mogi Guaçu (SP).

Bruno Mosque and Elias Jr. win in the 3rd stage of the Lancer Cup
