Swarovski Elements lançou nesta quarta-feira as tendências e inovações Primavera-Verão 2015. O evento aconteceu no Cinépolis do Shopping JK Iguatemi, em São Paulo.
O destaque do evento foi a palestra com Michael Schmidt, norte-americano especialista em impressão 3D. Schmidt é o responsável pela criação do primeiro vestido em impressão 3D, desenvolvido exclusivamente para ser usado por Dita Von Teese. O designer também é conhecido por criar os figurinos de grandes nomes da música como Madonna, Lady Gaga e Cher.
Apaixonado por arquitetura desde o Ensino Médio, Schmidt confessa que sempre teve um apreço pela forma como o ambiente em que vivemos influencia a vida emocional das pessoas: “As decisões que tomamos em relação aos espaços que habitamos são tão significativas como as nossas escolhas em relação a nossa aparência e as roupas que vestimos”, conta Schmidt.
É a primeira vez de Michael Schmidt no Brasil e, na palestra, ele falou sobre essa novidade que é a impressão 3D e como ela pode ser usada de muitas maneiras diferentes tanto em moda como em décor.

Swarovski Elements brings Michael Schimdt to Brazil
Swarovski Elements launched on Wednesday trends and innovations Spring Summer 2015. The event took place at the Cinepolis JK Iguatemi Mall in Sao Paulo.
The highlight of the event was the lecture with Michael Schmidt, an American expert in 3D printing. Schmidt is responsible for creating the first 3D print dress, designed exclusively for use by Dita Von Teese. The designer is also known for creating the costumes for as Madonna, Lady Gaga and Cher.
Fond of architecture since high school, Schmidt confesses he always had an appreciation for how the environment in which we live influences the emotional life of the people: “The decisions we make in relation to the spaces we inhabit are as significant as our choices regarding our appearance and the clothes we wear, “Schmidt says.
It is the first time Michael Schmidt in Brazil and in the lecture, he talked about this 3D printing and how it can be used in many different ways both in fashion and in décor.
