Renaissance Hotels celebrou semana passada, em parceria com o E! Entertainment Television, um momento de descobertas para a moda.
Modelos, jornalistas e formadores de opinião prestigiaram o evento, que contou com a presença da blogueira e apresentadora Marina Santa Helena, a apresentadora Renata Del Bianco, a atriz Mariana Hein, o etilista Walério Araújo, a cantora da banda Movie Over, Adriane Santana, a cantora Nicky Valentine e a modelo Barbara Koboldt, entre outros convidados.
Os cerca de 250 convidados foram recebidos, ao som do DJ Johnny Luxo, pelos fotógrafos no red carpet do canal E! e degustaram aperitivos do recém-lançado menu “Taste of São Paulo”, com sabores da capital paulista e ingredientes orgânicos provenientes de fornecedores e produtores locais. Entre as comidinhas servidas estavam o salmão gravlax com beterraba, creme azedo e melancia, os dadinhos de queijo coalho na farinha de castanhas e as batatas com geleia de pimenta e queijo de cabra. As sobremesas foram trufas de diversos sabores como de limão, macarrons e pirulitos de chocolate. Todo o menu foi criado pela chef executivo do Renaissance São Paulo, Gayber Silveira, que preferiu diversificar os sabores para combinar com a moda e a energia da noite. Os coquetéis oferecidos durante o evento também foram elaborados pelo barman do hotel, entre os mais pedidos estavam o mojito de açai, o negroni e o vodka Peach.
O pocket show da Stop Play Moon, comandada pela vocalista Geanine Marques – musa do estilista Alexandre Herchcovitch – foi a trilha sonora da fashion performance da Casa de Criadores que apresentou uma prévia das coleções de outono/inverno 2015 dos seguintes designers: Ale Brito, Arnaldo Ventura, Fernando Cozendey, Gustavo Carvalho, Karin Feller, Martins Paulo, Nosotros, Rober Dognani, Walério Araújo e Weider Silveiro.

Renaissance Hotels celebrated last week, in partnership with E! Entertainment Television, a time of discovery for fashion.
Models, journalists and opinion leaders attended the event, which was attended by the blogger and presenter Marina St. Helena, the presenter Renata Del Bianco, actress Mariana Hein, the alcoholic Walério Araújo, the singer of the band Over Movie, Adriane Santana Nicky Valentine singer and model Barbara Koboldt, among other guests.
The 250 guests were welcomed to the sound of DJ Johnny Luxury, by photographers on the red carpet at E! appetizers and tasted the newly released “Taste of St. Paul” menu, with flavors of São Paulo and organic ingredients from local suppliers and producers. Among the edibles were served the gravlax salmon with beetroot, sour cream and watermelon, the dices of cheese curds in the flour and brown the potatoes with pepper jelly and goat cheese. The desserts were truffles assorted flavors like lemon, macaroons and chocolate lollipops. The entire menu was created by Executive Chef at Renaissance São Paulo, Gayber Silveira, who preferred to diversify the flavors to combine with fashion and the energy of the night. The cocktails offered at the event were also prepared by the hotel barman, were among the most requested mojito açai, the negroni and vodka Peach.
