Chiado, restaurante português de nome inspirado no bairro lisboeta, escolhe o prato Camarão ao Champanhe para servir aos Namorados, especialmente no dia 12 de junho.
Camarões com Cebola, Flambado ao Champanhe, acompanhado por Arroz com Maçã é a composição da sugestão especial do chef para o encontro a dois. Para acompanhar, o sommelier da casa recomenda o vinho seco Quinta da Bacalhôa Branco 2010.
Para uma refeição tão agradável como esta foi desenvolvida uma sobremesa que fechasse o momento com muito requinte e doçura, o que resultou no transcendental Mousse de Marscapone ao rum com Canela.
Regido pelas referências ibéricas em sua arquitetura e pontualmente na gastronomia, conduzida pelo chefe da casa, Chicão (ex Antiquarius, ex A bela Sintra SP e Brasília), que foi trazido pela consultora e chefe Ilda Vinagre para reforçar o time do restaurante e a proposta de tornar um local descontraído e versátil para comer.

Chiado creates menu for Valentine’s Day
