Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann is delighted to announce a new addition in their Gourmet Tables with the opening of The Crossing (Indian Restaurant) & The Label Broche (Rotisserie) at Lafayette Gourmet for everyone who would love to to try the latest gastronomic innovations and have an appetite for the avant-garde.
The Crossing is the first Indian restaurant by Michelin star Chef Jitin Joshi in Paris. He invites us to discover his native land ‘India’ through his culinary skills and let us explore the diverse cultures & food habits of people by creating a perfect balance between the sweet & savoury.
The Label Broche is a fine dining restaurant with rotisserie cuisine by the Michelin-starred Chef David Gallienne. It’s an ode to the high-quality produce and traditional comfort food that is sourced from the finest sustainably farmed produce from within a 70 mile radius of his native Normandy.
