Reinventando a forma de proporcionar lazer e descanso, o hotel Villa Rossa, de São Roque (SP), a apenas 50 minutos de São Paulo, aposta sempre em programações culturais.
Além de todas as atividades recreativas que normalmente oferece, organizadas por uma equipe de monitores em tempo integral, o Villa Rossa preparou atrações exclusivas aos hóspedes: A Caixa de Cinema do MIS (Museu da Imagem e do Som).
Pela primeira vez, a caixa está instalada em um hotel no Brasil. Trata-se de uma invenção concebida a partir do encontro das antigas Jukebox com as cabines de foto 3×4, com o intuito de possibilitar ao espectador conhecer, ou relembrar, uma cena-ícone de grandes clássicos do cinema. A caixa ficará exposta no lobby do hotel até outubro.
Sua cabine lúdica, que remete a uma charmosa sala de cinema, com capacidade para até duas pessoas, é equipada, do lado de fora, com um monitor touchscreen, que abriga um sistema digital criado especialmente para ela. O espectador pode escolher a cena pelo título, ator, diretor, país ou gênero e, depois, basta aguardar a sua vez para entrar na caixa e aproveitar. “A Caixa do MIS será um verdadeiro atrativo para toda a família”, adianta o gerente operacional do Villa Rossa, Ricardo Hernandez.
Outra atração é a exposição de telas da artista plástica Carolinna Drummond. A mostra “Flores de Maio” reune 15 pinturas em acrílica e óleo, além de oito aquarelas, todas elas retratando a temática da mulher em suas várias faces. As obras ficam expostas até o fim de maio.
Graduada pela Escola de Belas Artes de São Paulo, com extensão em Direção de Arte na Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Carolina atualmente reside em Sorocaba (SP), cidade que escolheu para dedicar-se totalmente à sua inspiração. Suas obras são premiadas em diferentes concursos pelo interior do Estado.

For the first time, the box is installed in a hotel in Brazil. It is an invention designed from the meeting of the old jukebox with photo booths 3×4, in order to enable the viewer to know, or remember, a scene-icon of the great classics of cinema.
His playful cabin, which refers to a charming movie theater, which seats up to two people, is equipped on the outside with a touchscreen monitor, which houses a digital system created especially for her. The viewer can choose the scene by title, actor, director, country or genre and then just wait your turn to get into the box and enjoy. “The case of the MIS will be a real attraction for the whole family,” says the Villa Rossa operating manager, Ricardo Hernandez.
Another attraction is the exhibition of artist plastic screens Carolinna Drummond. The show “May Flowers” brings together 15 paintings in acrylic and oil, plus eight watercolors, all of them depicting the woman theme in its various faces.
A graduate of the School of Belas Artes of São Paulo, with extension in Art Direction at the Higher School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), Carolina currently resides in Sorocaba (SP), a city that chose to devote himself fully to his inspiration. His works are awarded in different competitions by the state.
